are optional but HIGHLY SUGGESTED for hot summer months and states that are hot year around to prevent MELTING!! Again it is totally optional and if you’re okay with risking your butters melting (which the product still feels amazing on the skin melted or whipped) you do not have to get the insulated shipping bag & ice pack, but please be aware that we do not re-ship due to product melting! I try to preserve the product by cooling it, but Mother Nature don’t play! 🫶🏽🌻🤎
